分布式远程温湿度智能监控系统的设计与讨论摘要现在许多大型企业拥有多个仓库,并且全都散落在不同的地点,这样对于仓库的温湿度监测很难运作。由于传统的温度和湿度监测系统的布线繁琐,传输距离有限,不能解决实际问题。目前,分布式系统的主要进展方向是计算机控制系统。本文利用已经被广泛利用的 CAN 总线通信设计出的监控系统,CAN 总线通信系统主要有抗干扰性,节点控制多,通信距离远等特点,在设计中,主要模拟两个节点之间的相互监控,主机通过总线控制器 MCP2515 和驱动器 TJA1050 连接到 CAN 总线上,从机通过控制器 SJA1000 和驱动器 82C250 也连接到 CAN 总线上。从机检测到当前温湿度送给 STC89C52RC 单片机处理后,发到总线上,主机收到信号,给出相应的显示和温度报警等操作。在本文中对各种监控系统的优劣性和适用场合进行了分析,得出了最合理的监控系统的设计方案。设计了基于 CAN 总线的监控系统,实现了在多节点,环境恶劣,通信距离远等不同场合的应用。论文主要介绍了各种芯片的硬件设计和软件设计,勾画自己的设计与讨论思想。使设计出最简便、经济的系统。关键词:CAN 总线;STC89C52RC 单片机;DS18B20;SJA1000 控制器;MCP2515 控制器;DESIGNANDRESERCHOFDISTRIBUTEDINTELLIGENTREMOTETEMPERATUREANDHUMIDITYMONITORINGSYSTEMAbstractNowadays many large companies have multiple warehouses.
