毕业论文合成 Ni-Ti-Beta 分子筛的讨论摘要:分别以白炭黑(二氧化硅)为硅源、四乙基氢氧化铵为模板剂、硫酸钛为钛源、六水氯化镍为镍源、氢氧化钠为矿化剂,采纳水热法合成了 Ni-Ti-β 沸石。探讨了合成条件对 Ni-Ti-β 沸石形成的影响。运用 XRD、IR、SEM和 TG/DSC 等测试技术对样品进行了表征和测定。结果表明,按下列化学组成配制 初 始 反 应 混 合 物 : n(SiO2): n(NiO): n(TiO2): n[(TEA)2O]: n(H2O): n(Na2O)= 60: (0.5~1.0): (1~2): (15~18): (500~700): (1.5~2.5),将所得胶状物质转入带聚四氟乙烯衬里的 20ml 不锈钢反应釜中,在 413K 的温度下晶化 12d,可制备出 Ni-Ti-β 沸石,所合成的样品具有 BEA 拓扑结构,结晶良好,Ti 和 Ni 原子进入了沸石骨架。关键词: 水热合成;沸石; 分子筛;Ni-Ti-β 沸石The Research of Synthesizing Ni-Ti-Beta Molecular SieveZhou Shun ,Chemistry ,Grate 2024Abstract: Ni-Ti-Beta zeolite has been hydrothermally synthesized by using fumed silica (SiO2) as the silica source,tetraethyl ammonium hydroxide as the template ,titanium sulfate as the titanium source,nikelous chloride with six waters as the nickel source and sodium hydroxide as the mineral agent.
