华北理工大学轻工学院QingGongCollegeNorthChinaUniversity of Science and Technology毕业设计说明书设计题目:设计一座年产 150 万吨良坯氧气转炉炼钢车间学生:马勇蕾学 号:3 专业班级:11 冶金 4 班 学 部:材料化工部 指导老师:贾雅楠2015 年 06 月 01 日摘 要本设计为设计一座年产 150 万吨的氧气转炉炼钢车间,主要产品是低碳钢和薄板坯。设计包括车间生产规模,各主要系统,方案的选择和确定。车间主要设备的计算与确定,以与先进技术的选择和利用等。本设计的重点是车间的主要系统的方案确定。包括铁水供应系统,散装料供应系统,铁合金供应系统,铁水预处理系统,烟气净化系统,炉外精炼系统,浇注系统,炉渣处理系统等。这些方案都是经过比较而确定的较合理的设计方案,并且采纳了国外的先进技术。本设计主要包括转炉炉型计算、氧枪计算、烟气净化系统计算与选择、炉外精炼的设备选择、车间设备的计算以与各跨间的布置,还包括连铸生产能力和车间各部分的尺寸。另外本设计还采纳了许多新技术,如:溅渣护炉技术、铁水镁基预脱硫技术等,这些技术均已达到国际先进水平。关键词: 60 吨氧气顶吹转炉;车间设计;系统。AbstractThis design is a steel-making plant with two sets of oxygen converters of 200 tons, which can produce threepoint five million tons of casting blank per year.It consist of the plant scale choosing and ensuring main system, the calculation and ensuring of the main equipment, and also including some new technology.The importance of the design is conforming the main system of the plant, including the system molten iron provided, the providing system of laxity, the providing system of ferroalloy, pretreatment of molten iron, the cleaning system ,the treatment system of slag and so on.Compared with other schemes, these methods are quite adaptable to this design and they are advanced technologies in the world.
