毕业(设计)论文题 目 改性湿强用 PAE 树脂的性能讨论改性湿强用 PAE 树脂的性能讨论the properties of modifiedPAE resin on wet strength学生 指导老师 摘 要纸是人们生活中的必需品,为了节能环保,目前造纸工业中抄造纸的原材料已经从原生木浆转化为废纸浆与木浆配抄或者全为废纸浆,但造出的纸性能会大大降低。聚酰胺环氧氯丙烷(PAE)做湿强剂有很强的适用性,但其稳定性差、有机氯含量高、固含量低、价格昂贵的缺点制约着 PAE 树脂的广泛使用。本文采纳羧基改性剂丙烯酸对 PAE 树脂进行改性,通过酯化反应将丙烯接枝到 PAE 树脂上。主要探讨了改性剂对固含量的影响,PAE 固含量和丙烯酸用量对接枝效率效率的影响,并对改性 PAE 树脂进行了红外表征。实验结果表明,PAE 树脂与丙烯酸单体的最佳接枝共聚的条件为:反应时间 80min,反应温度为 70℃,选用对甲苯磺酸为催化剂。傅里叶红外光谱图出现不饱和丙烯酸酯羰基伸缩振动峰(νc=o)和 C(C=O)-O 伸缩振动峰(νc-o-c),表明 PAE 树脂与丙烯酸单体发生了接枝共聚,且双键没有遭到破坏。在饱和 PAE 树脂固含量较低时丙烯酸的接枝效率较高,在一定的围丙烯酸的接枝效率会随醇酸比例的增加而提高。改性 PAE 树脂的固含量较饱和 PAE 树脂的固含量有一定程度的提高。关键词:PAE 树脂;丙烯酸;改性;接枝共聚;固含量AbstractThe paper is the necessities of life, in order to energy saving and environmental protection,the raw material of life paper in the paper industry has been gradually transformed from native wood pulp to waste paper pulp or the mixed use of virgin wood pulp and waste paper pulp. but the properties of paper will be greatly reduced.
