摘 要随着社会经济的不断进展,高层建筑不断涌现,但伴随着建筑物高度的增加,其火灾危险性也不断增大。在进行消防设计时,传统的“处方式”消防设计方法过于死板,有时无法保证建筑物的安全,而性能化消防设计方法将开创消防设计的新局面。论文介绍了设计建筑的工程概况,对所设计的高层写字楼进行了分类和火灾危险等级的划分,并根据实际情况设置了火灾报警器。在水力计算的基础上,主要完成了建筑的消火栓灭火系统和自动喷水灭火系统的设计,二者均采纳临时高压供水。设水泵、水箱的消防给水方式。通过计算,确定消防水泵类型、水泵接合器数量、消防水箱的容量、减压孔板、气压给水设备的设置等内容。为保证人员在火灾时能够安全逃生还进行了防排烟系统的设计。关键词:性能化消火栓灭火系统自动喷水灭火系统 防排烟 灭火器ABSTRACTWith the continuous development of social economy, high-rise buildings continue to emerge, but accompanied by an increase in building height, the fire risk is also increasing.
