摘 要纵观经济全球化的深入与中国经济稳健发展的态势，大批供应链企业应运而生。当前，我国供应链企业不仅具有起步晚、市场化受限的特点，还具有不稳定性，因此企业面临的风险也愈大。其中，财务风险对企业的持续经营和发展起决定性作用。本文选取首登中国 A 股的首家供应链企业——怡亚通为样本，先以怡亚通的偿债、盈利、营运能力及外贸收入分析企业的财务风险管理现状；再通过与行业的横、纵向识别现存的筹资风险、投资风险、运营风险及潜在的汇率风险，并从企业内外部寻找财务风险出现的根源；最后在风险识别的基础上，提出具有针对性的风险管控措施，具体包括：全面优化资金结构、落实科学投资评价标准考核、加强资产控制点管理及培养风险管理人才。通过对财务风险进行科学防范，将怡亚通的财务风险控制在稳定的“预警线”内，加强怡亚通抵御财务风险的能力，并为国内的供应链公司的财务风险防范提供借鉴。关键词：供应链 识别风险 风险防范 怡亚通AbstractWith deepening economic globalisation and the continuous development of the Chinese economy, a large number of supply chain enterprises emerge at the right moment.
