Virtual economy is like a double-edged sword, which has a positive impact on China's real economy, but also has a negative impact on the real economy. This article has carried on the detailed research and analysis to this. Through consulting a large number of literature books, this paper collects relevant news information on the Internet. We have learned the achievements of the relevant experts and scholars at home and abroad on the research on the virtual economy and the real economy.
