不同生长调节剂对红叶石楠扦插的影响论文

课题名称《不同生长调节剂对红叶石楠扦插的影响》摘要摘要：运用随机区组排列，以红叶石楠为材料，采取吲哚乙酸（IAA）、吲哚丁酸（IBA）、ABT 生根粉对其进行浸泡处理，观察扦插后生根情况。结果表明，生根效果的宏观整体表现为吲哚丁酸>ABT 生根粉>吲哚乙酸；同时，适宜的浓度处理可以明显提高生根效率，200 mg/L 的吲哚丁酸处理插条生根效果最好。关键词：红叶石楠 扦插 吲哚乙酸 吲哚丁酸 ABT 生根粉IAbstractAbstract：Using randomized block arrangement and Photinia rubra as materials, IAA, IBA and ABT Rooting Powder were soaked to observe rooting after cutting.
