I摘 要 题 目：工商银行供应链金融业务战略分析摘 要随着市场经济的发展，工商银行供应链金融业务得到了更好的发展。对于银行来说，供应链金融业务财务方面的发展已经成为银行发展战略的重点，本文工商银行供应链金融财务战略分析以传统的财务指标分析（偿债能力分析、盈利能力分析、营运能力分析、发展能力分析）整合资金流动所产生的财务信息的供应链体系，构建出工商银行筹资、投资、营运等方面的财务战略分析内容。提出了工商银行稳健发展型的财务战略，并提出了保障其战略的实施。最终确定工商银行供应链金融发展的目标和实施的财务战略措施，最终保障工商银行供应链金融实施过程当中的规范性。关键词：工商银行；供应链金融；财务战略；IIABSTRACT With the development of market economy, ICBC supply chain finance business has been better developed. For banks, the development of supply chain financial strategy business has become the focus of bank development strategy. The supply chain financial strategy analysis of ICBC integrates the financial information generated by capital flow with traditional financial index analysis (solvency analysis, profitability analysis, operating ability analysis, development ability analysis), and constructs the financial strategy analysis content of ICBC in financing, investment and operation.
