1拜城县农民合作组织问题分析摘要：农业是社会经济的主要构成部分。目前，在国内农业发展过程中，出现农民小规模种植和大市场之间的矛盾，上述矛盾限制了农业的扩张，不同农民合作机构就是处理此类问题的主要方式。全新农民合作经济组织的形成时间不长，不只创新产品的交换模式、流通组织方式，此外还是分配形式的创新，在发展时期，具备较高的发展活力，进一步处理了农业发展中遇到的现实问题。在进入二十世纪之后，全新农民合作经济组织得到法律的维护，此外也得到了国家财政和税收等支持和帮助，表示国内新兴农民合作经济组织的发展开始进入法制化、规范化时期。农民专业合作社发展较快，得到了良好的成就，规模数目持续扩张、服务功能持续健全、农产品市场竞争力稳步提升、组织化水平得到提升、风险保障体制持续健全，开始面向商业化、产业化趋势进发。然而合作经济组织在发展时期也存在众多问题，本文第一章重点叙述分析背景和价值；第二章叙述当前拜城县农民合作机构的实际情况；第三章指出拜城县农民合作组织发展中出现的问题，第四章表示出现上述问题的因素，最后指出合理的意见和对策。希望通过本研究能尽早处理拜城县农民合作组织发展中遇到的现实问题，此外促进此类组织的发展。关键词：拜城县；农民合作组织；发展；问题 AbstractAgriculture is the basis of the national economy.
