从公共服务视角下看成都市城乡社会体育指导员的均衡配置研究 摘要：随着社会经济的不断发展，全民生产方式以及生活方式也在不断变革，发展社会体育成为内在的需求，而在当前“体育大国向体育强国迈进”的战略之下，社会体育必然要关注民生，协调城乡发展，推动全民健身，这也是 21 世纪公共行政以及政府改革的必然要求。然而在这一转型时期，社会体育指导员的配置却并不均衡，制约了城乡社会体育的发展，因此本文将从公共服务视角下，对成都市城乡社会体育指导员的配置情况进行探析文章采用问卷调查法以及半结构访谈法，对成都市各级社会体育指导员培养情况、数量分布情况、年龄与性别结构情况、学历与指导情况进行探析，最后得出相关的结论及建议。希望通过本文的研究，可以促进成都市社会体育指导员的均衡配置，提高成都市社会体育水平。 关键词：公共服务；社会体育指导员；均衡配置A Study on the Equilibrium Allocation of Social Sports Instructors in Urban and Rural Areas in Chengdu from the Perspective of Public Service Abstract：With the continuous development of social economy, universal production methods and lifestyle are constantly changing, the development of social sports to become the inherent needs, and in the current "sports power to the sports power forward" strategy, social sports must pay attention to people's livelihood, Coordinate urban and rural development, promote national fitness, which is the 21st century public administration and government reform inevitable requirement.
