摘 要基于社会发展水平的日益提高以及信息化水平的增强，企业管理工作得到了改善，在企业管理工作中存货管理是重要的一环，对企业经营活动的开展、实际利润的达成都有着重要作用。因而，实现对企业存货量的合理管控，提升存货流转效率，可以避免占用过多的流动资金，有利于企业的生存与发展。但从目前国内的情况来看，很多企业都没有意识到存货管理的重要性，面对存货管理方面的许多问题也没有良好的解决对策。因此，本文以存货管理为核心，以沈阳康泰电子科技股份有限公司为例，对该公司存货管理现状展开全面的分析，在此基础上归纳出目前康泰电子科技在存货管理中制度不健全、采购计划不合理、盘点流于形式、信息化水平不足等问题。所以，本文结合该公司的实际情况，给出了适合该公司的解决对策，包括健全内部控制制度，注重科学采购、加强盘点监督和信息化水平等一系列方案。通过有效的手段改善现有的问题，有利于公司获取更大的利益，促进公司的持续性发展。关 键 词 ： 存 货 管 理 ； 存 货 分 析 ； 科 学 采 购AbstractBased on the increasing level of social development and the enhancement of information technology, enterprise management has been improved.
