城镇居民财产性收入差距影响因素问题探讨论文

本科论文摘要近年来我国财产性收入逐渐增加，财产性收入的来源也逐渐多样化，使居民间的财产性收入出现了差距。本文先对国内外关于居民财产性收入差距的理论进行了相关分析。第一，了解财产性收入的界定。第二，通过计算基尼系数了解居民财产性收入的内部差距情况。第三，收入分配、受教育程度、投资渠道的不同对居民财产性收入的影响。本文通过研究发现收入分配、受教育程度、投资渠道、不同收入阶层、不同区域、不同行业这些因素都会影响居民财产性收入，产生居民财产性收入的差距。所以提出了完善收入分配制度，扩大居民受教育范围、提高居民素质，拓宽投资渠道，完善社会保障机制，对不同区域政府实施合适的政策。为我国城镇居民缩小财产性收入差距提供建议。关键词：基尼系数，财产性收入，城镇居民本科论文AbstractIn recent years, China`s property income is increasing gradually, and the sources of property income are also gradually diversified, resulting in a gap in property income among residents. Firstly, this paper makes a correlation analysis of the domestic and foreign theories on the property income gap of residents. First, understand the definition of property income. Second, by calculating gini coefficient, we can understand the internal gap of residents` property income. Third , the impact of different income distribution, education level and investment channels on residents`property income. Through research, this paper finds that income distribution, education level, investment channels, different income levels, different regions and different industries will affect the property income of residents, resulting in the gap of property income of residents. Therefore, it proposes to improve the income distribution system, expand the education range of residents, improve the quality of residents, expand investment channels, improve the social security mechanism, and implement appropriate policies for different regional governments.
