深圳市医养结合养老模式的探索和实践【摘要】进入 21 世纪以来，老龄化已成为不可逆转的社会发展趋势，医养结合模式的出现，为现代老龄化社会的发展指明了方向。深圳养老模式的开发还不成熟，专业人员的储备严重不足，养老制度的消费和居民的收入不匹配，不能满足居民的需求等问题。严重阻碍了深圳医疗和护理一体化的发展。本文分析了深圳医疗与老龄护理结合的医养结合养老模式，针对深圳经济与政策发展的现状、问题，提出了相对应的优化建议，对深圳日后发展相关产业提供支持。【关键词】老龄化；医养结合；养老模式Exploration and practice of the mode of combining medical care with old-age care in shenzhen[Abstract]Aging has become an irreversible trend of social development in the 21st century. The mode of combining medical care with old-age care is the development direction of modern aging society. Shenzhen is a typical old society before getting rich, and the development of its old-age care model is not yet mature. There are problems such as incomplete development of old-age care institutions, lack of professional staff, mismatch between the consumption of old-age care institutions and residents' income, and the inability of old-age security policies to meet the needs of residents, which seriously hinder the development of the combination of medical and nursing care in Shenzhen.
