中山市“医养结合”的现状及对策研究【摘要】：中山市医养结合养老服务的发展是一项涉及众多部门、不同人员、众多社会资源的系统工程。面对医疗护理资源供需不平衡的局面，中山市要充分发挥政府的主导作用，系统建立健全长期护理保险制度和监督评估机制，逐步规范医疗护理发展与养老服务相结合，培养医护结合人才，促进老年服务业发展，夯实医护结合发展的基础；整合现有医护资源，协调多种模式。发展和推动典型模式的探索。本文通过问卷调查和提问的方式，收集相关数据，根据数据，总结出中山市医疗与养老相结合的模式，发现问题，分析问题，并提出相应的对策。建议加快中山市医疗养老联合服务发展的实践探索，为广东省乃至全国创造医疗养老联合服务的典型经验，促进我国医疗养老联合服务健康发展。【关键词】：医养结合；养老模式；城市养老Study on the current situation and countermeasures of "medical and nursing combination" in zhongshan city[Abstract] The development of medical and old-age care services in zhongshan city is a systematic project involving many departments, different personnel and many social resources.
