公共危机治理中公众参与的途径与价值研究

摘 要面对日益频发的公共危机事件，伴随着广大公民的积极参加，想要参加的意识也越来越强。所以在公共危机治理中把公民的力量合理运用，可以达到事半功倍的效果。公民可以在公关危机的处理上作为主导者，鼓励他们、引导他们发挥正能量，因此制造一些方便公民参与公关危机治理的途径是非常有必要的，例如在政府提供的途径中以自愿原则参与治理通过参加民间组织参与治理，公民自发参与治理等等，这些方法都可以在一定程度上帮助提高公民参与度。并且以合理的方式发表自己的意见，引导事件的发展方向，在其中发挥正面的作用。这样相关管理部门可以更加方便管控事态蔓延的趋势，为我国的公关危机模式提供新思路，在公关危机方面能够使用更科学更有效的方法处理问题有很大作用。关键词：公共危机；公民参与；治理IAbstractIn the face of increasingly frequent public crisis events, with the active participation of the majority of citizens, the awareness of wanting to participate is becoming stronger and stronger.
