论微电影的导演职责摘 要在微电影创作中，导演起着掌握全局并且指导全局的重任。演员的任务则是如何把导演所提供的剧本形象转变成在荧幕前前有血有肉、活生生的人物形象。而指导演员的表演又是在微电影创作中导演必须要做的工作之一。无论是拍摄微电影，还是拍摄电视剧，自摄制组建立后，一般分三个阶段进行工作。即筹备阶段、拍摄阶段和后期阶段。导演要自始至终参加摄制的全过程，可以说任务繁重，责任重大。那么本文所讨论的内容是导演如何对演员进行正确的指导，在整个微电影拍摄过程中导演所起到的作用，才能达到全剧微电影中所需要表现出的人物形象和呈现给观众的视觉感受。关键词：微电影；导演；指导On the responsibilities of the director of micro filmsABSTRACTIn the creation of micro films, the director is responsible for mastering the overall situation and guiding the overall situation.
