北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业设计1000t/d 垃圾焚烧发电厂发电车间设计1000t/d 垃圾焚烧发电厂发电车间设计摘 要本设计完成了揭阳市榕城区的 1000t/d 垃圾焚烧发电厂发电车间设计，根据相关标准对垃圾焚烧发电厂余热锅炉和汽轮机进行合理选型，对余热锅炉进行热平衡计算，以及汽轮机发电车间设计，本设计采用 2 炉 2 机的机组形式，将垃圾的化学能最终转化为电能，有效实现垃圾无害化、减量化、资源化。本设计利用 2 条焚烧线进行垃圾焚烧处理，配套 2 台 500t/d 的机械炉排焚烧炉+2台出力为 45t/h 的余热锅炉+2 台容量为为 9MPa 的凝汽式汽轮机机组，年正常运行时间不少于 8000h。为了防止二噁英生成，烟气在 850℃以上焚烧温度下停留不少于 2s。锅炉蒸发量为 90t/h，压力为 4MPa、温度为 400℃的过热蒸汽日发电量超过3.78×105kW·h。 关键词： 生活垃圾，焚烧发电，发电车间，汽轮机北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业设计Design of power plant of 1000t/d waste incineration power plantAbstractThis design completed the jieyang RongCheng district 1000 t/d garbage incineration power plant power plant design, USES the international advanced technology, garbage incineration power plant waste heat boiler and steam turbine for reasonable selection, waste heat boiler for heat balance calculation, heat and steam turbine power plant system design, this design USES the furnace 2 machine unit form, the chemical energy of the garbage 北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业设计and eventually into electricity, effectively implement waste harmless, reduction and recycling.This design USES 2 incineration lines for waste incineration treatment, supporting 2 500t/d mechanical grate incinerator +2 45t/h waste heat boiler +2 condensate steam turbine units with rated power of 9MPa, the annual normal operation time is no less than 8000h.
