摘 要随着我国教育的不断改革，学校教育问题开始受到人们的普遍关注。因为幼儿是人各方面培育最重要的阶段，幼儿教育更加受到人们的重视。综合考虑教育发展趋势和幼儿家长的意愿，幼儿园有必要要建设出能立足于社会并且专属于自身的特色优势。研究主要通过文献资料和访谈法，收集有关幼儿园在建设自己独有的优势方面的资料。针对了解到目前我国特色园所建设的现状及问题，从办园理念，园所文化，特色教师队伍和特色课程四个方面详细阐述建设特色园所的策略：1.园长能以具体情况构建办园理论；2.发展一批优质的幼儿园老师；3.集中力量进行园所文化建设；4.教师以人为本进行特色课程教育。希望提出的这些策略能够起到促进我国特色园所建设的作用。关键词：幼儿园；特色园所；建设AbstractWith the continuous reform of education in our country, the problem of school education has been paid more and more attention.
