摘 要本研究主要运用数理统计法、文献资料法、录像观察法等分析了篮球运动规则的概念；本质、结构、修改的指导原则等，并着重分析了几次篮球竞赛规定的修改对篮球运动的进步和发展带来的变化；包括空间规则、时间规则和技术违例规则、犯规规则等
研究认为 : 篮球规则的不断修改提升了比赛精彩程度；促 进了运动员技战术水平的提高；使比赛过程在高对抗中更加和谐且精彩，大大提升篮球技战术的进化和提高
