基于 FTA 的硫磺制酸中毒窒息事故风险分析摘要:近年来,硫磺制酸企业因其原料价格下降而增多,但在生产过程中还是常会发生硫磺制酸中毒窒息事故,这给作业人员和在工厂周边居住的人们的生产生活带来了威胁。本文通过具体讲述硫磺制酸整个工艺流程,将其划分工段,分析其中可能造成事故发生的危险有害的因素都有哪些,运用 FTA(事故树)对中毒窒息事故原因进行分析,从有毒物质泄漏、人身受伤害途径以防护失效等几个方面进行分析,根据定性定量分析的结果,发现最有效的减少事故发生概率的方法途径。除此之外,和本文还硫磺制酸工艺进行了风险性分析,探究比较了各工段和各生产设备的危险性,并提出了一些建议措施,对防止此类事故发生提供参考。关键词:硫磺制酸;中毒窒息;事故树Abstract: in recent years, sulfur to sulfuric acid enterprises have increased due to the decrease of raw material price, but in the production process, sulfur to sulfuric acid poisoning and suffocation accidents often occur, which brings a threat to the production and life of operators and people living around the plant. In this paper, the whole process flow of sulfuric acid production by sulfur is described in detail, and the working sections are divided. What are the dangerous and harmful factors that may cause accidents are analyzed. The application FTA (accident tree) analyzes the causes of poisoning and asphyxiation accidents from the leakage of toxic substances, personal injury and protection failure. Based on the results of qualitative and quantitative analysis, the most effective way to reduce the probability of accidents is found. In addition, the risk analysis of sulfur based sulfuric acid production process is carried out with this paper, the risk of each section and each production equipment is explored and compared, and some suggestions and measures are put forward to provide reference for preventing such accidents.Key words: sulfuric acid from s...
