塑料中增塑剂邻苯二甲酸脂类在食品中的迁移讨论的现状与展望摘要：本文主要介绍了塑料中增塑剂邻苯二甲酸脂类在食品中的迁移讨论现状，包括增塑剂邻苯二甲酸脂类的分类、毒性、迁移测试的国内外法律法规、迁移实验的影响因素、在国内外的讨论现状。并提出我国应尽快赶上国外的讨论技术，加强对特定食品包装材料在特定条件下的迁移进行讨论等的建议。关键词：邻苯二甲酸脂类 毒性 讨论的法律法规 影响因素 讨论现状 Abstract: This paper introduced the plastic phthalate plasticizer migration in food lipids Research, including the classification of lipids phthalate plasticizers, toxicity, migration and testing to domestic and international laws and regulations, the impact of migration experiment factors, the study of the status quo at home and abroad. And to propose that China should catch up with the foreign research techniques to enhance a particular food packaging materials, under certain conditions, a study on the relocation proposal.Key words: phthalic Acid Esters; toxicity; study of laws and regulations; influencing factor; study of the status quo;近年来塑料包装材料引起的食品安全问题频频发生，引起有关专家的注意。增塑剂是一种加入到材料(通常是塑料、树脂或弹性体) 中以改进其加工性、可塑性、柔韧性和拉伸性的物质。由于增塑剂可以改善包装材料的弹性，用于塑胶的范围很宽，尤其是用于聚氯乙烯（PVC）薄膜。在许多 PVC 与食品接触的情况下，这种增塑剂析出的可能性很大。添加到塑料中的增塑剂在加工、使用的过程中会溶出、迁移和挥发损失, 一方面影响制品的使用性能, 一方面释放到周围环境中对人体健康和环境可能造成损害。自从人体组织内和尸检时检出 DOP 后, 大量讨论已证实增塑剂可以通过人们日常吸入、皮肤吸收和环境污染等多种途径进入人体内并损害健康。邻苯二甲酸二（2-乙基已基）酯（又称邻苯二甲酸二异辛酯，i-2-ethylhexyl phthalate，DEHP）是邻苯二甲酸酯类增塑剂中用量最大的一种，在塑料中的含量可达 60%。因而，讨论塑料中增塑剂邻苯二甲酸脂类在食品中的迁移特性，搞清各种因素对迁移的影响，已经成为摆在我们面前的紧要任务。1.增塑剂邻苯二甲...
