A 公司 x 市营销人员福利制度再设计摘要1福利是公司为员工所提供的用以改善员工生活质量、激励员工、凝聚提高士气、提高企业效益的一种有效的人力资源管理手段。随着社会经济的发展,福利支出在整个报酬体系中的比重越来越大,其功能也由原来的保障功能扩展到吸引、保留与激励员工等多个方面。 通过对 A 公司营销人员福利状况的调查研究,分析了 A 公司员工对目前福利制度的满意度以及提出的相关问题与建议,参照国内外不同公司的福利改进案例,介绍了弹性福利制度、实行员工持股计划、实行员工援助计划等对改进 A公司福利制度、改善 A 公司现状,达到留住人才、减少福利成本、提高员工满意度等等的借鉴作用。关键字:员工福利,员工满意度, 弹性福利制度Abstract:Welfare is an effective means of human resource management provided by the company for staff to improve staffs’ quality of life, motivate employees, increase morale, improve business efficiency. With the development of social economy, the proportion of welfare cost in the reward system is bigger and bigger, and its function has expanded from original safeguard function to attract, reserve and motivate employees, etc. Through investigation and study of the A company's marketing staff welfare, I analyzed the satisfaction of the A company employees as well as the relevant problems and suggestions they put forward on the current welfare system.
