摘 要包装、分拣、发送，在此过程中需要将成品进行打包处理。然而自动包装机械，就是讲薄膜送入分装机器，随着传动，机器将薄膜附着于产品之上。随着人民生活水平的提高，对包装要求实现多样化，个性化。然而目前我国对于包装机的设计，大部门由国外进行引入，之后在此基础之上进行简单的仿制或者改造，而对于核心技术的掌握，话语权很少。面对目前的现状，针对立式分装机的结构进行重点解剖与深入分析，对其工作原理，外部结构，运动模式及产品功能进行分析就显得尤为重要。本文着重对立式包装机的发展历程以及国内外发展现状进行论述，通过对现状的分析指出立式分装机设计的必要性。之后通过对立式分装机的构造，技术要求进行介绍。重点针对封口及传动装置，送膜机构，分装机辅助装备以及分装机各执行机构件的行程及链轮的选型，设计与计算。同时本文通过前期对于参考文献资料的查阅，对于实际机械的测量，掌握分装机各零部件之间的工作关系，以方便之后的设计，同时，以实际分装机为设计基础，进行材料的选择，同时利用 Solidworks 软件进行三维建模，并观察各部件之间的安装情况，优化各零部件的装配。关键词：立式分装机、送膜机构、传动机构。AbstractPackaging, sorting, delivery, in this process the finished products need to be packaged processing.This is the need for automatic packaging machine.The function of the automatic packaging machine, is to say the film into the machine, with the transmission, the machine will be attached to the film on the product, the finished product with the film.In addition, with the improvement of people's living standards, the requirements for product packaging are also higher and higher.The pursuit of packaging novel, diversified, personalized.However, at present, for the design of packaging machine in China, large departments are introduced from abroad, and then on this basis for simple imitation or transformation, and for the grasp of the core technology, the right to speak very little.In the face of the current situation, it is particularly important to analyze the structure ...
