摘要:以黄孢原毛平革菌(Phanerochaete chrysosporium)为代表的白腐真菌,其分泌的木质素过氧化物酶(LiP)和锰过氧化物酶(MnP)等酶系能降解木质素以及前体类似物。对几种无机金属离子、无机阴离子、有机小分子对黄孢原毛平革菌所产酶系中的木质素过氧化物酶(LiP)和锰过氧化物酶(MnP)的酶活性影响进行了分析。结果表明,Fe3+对木质素过氧化物酶(LiP)和锰过氧化物酶(MnP)都有很强的抑制作用,Fe2+、Ca2+对木质素过氧化物酶(LiP)和锰过氧化物酶(MnP)表现出不同的促进作用,Br-比 Cl-的激活作用稍弱;在添加乙二胺四乙酸(EDTA)或抗坏血酸的条件下,限氮培育比富氮培育更能提高出发菌株和诱变菌株的酶活力。关键词:黄孢原毛平革菌(Phanerochaete chrysosporium);木质素过氧化物酶;锰过氧化物酶;酶活力Impact of Inorganic Ions and Organic Small Molecules on EnzymaticActivity of Phanerochaete chrysosporiumCHEN Ying,YANG Wei-qiu,QIU Xue-lin,LIN Hui-fei(Suzhou Polytechnic Institute of Agriculture , Suzhou 215008 , Jiangsu , China)Abstract:As the representative of White-rot Fungus,Phanerochaete chrysosporium can secrete Lignin peroxides and Manganese peroxides and so on,which can depredate Lignin and Precursor analogs. Through using Inorganic ions and Organic molecules as Activator ,enzyme activity in different conditions was researched.The results show that Fe3+ on LiP and MnP had strong inhibitory effect,but Fe2+ and Ca2+ on those showed different promoting effect. Br- can improve the enzyme activity better than Cl-.
