推拿干预对便秘模型大鼠 c【摘要】 目的探讨大鼠后肢活动和便秘的关联性及推拿干预对远端结肠 c-kit 表达的影响, 以讨论推拿治疗便秘的作用机制。方法剪除大鼠后肢股骨,建立便秘模型,经推拿治疗后,分别提取各组大鼠结肠远端细胞总蛋白, 采纳免疫蛋白印迹(Western blot)蛋白半定量方法检测各组标本 c-kit 蛋白表达的变化。结果Western blotting 显示便秘模型大鼠结肠远端 c-kit 蛋白表达明显下降;推拿干预后,c-kit 蛋白表达明显增加。结论大鼠后肢活动减少而引发便秘,可使大鼠结肠远端 c-kit 的蛋白表达减少;经推拿干预后,可使便秘大鼠结肠远端 c-kit 的蛋白表达显着提高,提示推拿治疗便秘与 cajal 间质细胞数目变化有关。【关键词】 便秘 c-kit 免疫印迹 推拿 Abstract:ObjectiveTo approach the relativity of constipation with the decrease of leg activity, and the effect of manipulation on the expression of c-kit protein in rat‘s colon with constipation. MethodsModels of constipation were made by cutting both femur of rat. After manipulation was done, expression of c-kit protein was detected by western-blotting. ResultsThe expression of c-kit protein of rat‘s colon was obviously reduced on model group (P<) . The expression of c-kit protein of rat‘s colon was obviously increased after treating of manipulation (P<). ConclusionThe expression of c-kit protein of rat‘s colon was obviously reduced by decreasing the activity of hind limb. The expression of c-kit protein of rat‘s colon was obviously increased after treating of manipulation. We can deduce that the changes of numbers of ICC are related to the manipulation in treating constipation.
