提取林可霉素的二元萃取剂的讨论【摘要】 为了寻找适合萃取林可霉素的二元萃取剂,对林可霉素在不同溶剂中的分配系数以及二元萃取剂的性能进行了讨论
结果显示,以醇类萃取剂苯甲醇正辛醇组成的二元萃取体系对林可霉素的分配系数明显高于其它溶剂体系,其分配系数是正丁醇的 2 倍,溶剂在水中的溶解度比正丁醇降低倍
萃取剂体系中苯甲醇的适宜浓度为 60%~80%,在该浓度范围内有协萃效应,最大协萃系数
