建设校园文化过程中政工师的价值摘要：新时代下， 职业院校抓好校园文化建设就是切实执行文化育人的大政方针， 所以只有首先搞清校园文化的内涵， 才能真正做到有的放矢。政工师在校园文化建设过程中， 作为学校从事思想政治工作的重要人员， 以社会主义核心价值观作为遵循的首要思想准则， 具有领导者、管理者和参加者的多重身份， 是校园文化建设的中坚主力。该文主要讨论内容了厘清校园文化的内涵层次;探讨体现和作用路径;提供了一些建设政工师队伍的策略要点。 关键词：职业院校; 校园文化; 政工师; Value and Function of Political Workers in Campus Culture Construction of Vocational Colleges Abstract:In the new era, the construction of campus culture in vocational colleges is to implement the policy of culture education, so, only by understanding the connotation of campus culture firstly, can we do this with a purpose. Political workers, as important personnel engaging in ideological and political work in the schools, take socialist core values as the first rules of thoughts to follow, have the multiple identities of leader, manager and participant, and they are hard-core members in campus culture construction.This paper mainly makes clear the connotation and level of campus culture, discusses the value embodiment and acting path of political workers in campus culture construction, and gives some key points of strategies for construction of political worker team.
