城市发展的政治经济学——以温州为例内容摘要经济发展已经成为世界各国政府工作中的首要任务，同时也是我国各级政府的工作中心。根据诺斯的观点，制度是经济发展的根源。然而在大致相同的宏观环境下，我国各地区的经济发展水平却出现差异。究其原因在于地方政府的制度创新出现差异。本文以温州模式为研究对象，研究其政府管理中存在的问题，产生的原因，并提出有针对性的解决策略，以实现温州经济的可持续发展。本文结合温州的实际情况，研究温州政府制度创新对经济发展的影响，主要从温州政府的金融管理制度、环境管理制度和和行政审批制度三个方面来研究其制度的设计和运行等方面的问题。关键词：政府制度创新；经济发展；温州模式AbstractEconomic development has been the most important work of the nation’s government all over world, so does it in our country. In North’s opinion, institution is the root of economic development. However, there are differences among areas’ economic development level in our country under the same macro environment.
