大学生职业道德素养创新路径探析摘 要大学生是我国将来新增劳动力的重要来源，他们的职业道德素养直接影响我国经济社会是否健康发展。职业道德素养的缺失会造成大学生职业规划模糊、前途迷茫以及综合素质低下等。因此，面对当今就业难、难就业的形势，研究大学生职业道德素养的培养路径势在必行。本文着重探讨大学生职业道德素养的创新路径，首先主要介绍了大学生职业道德素养当前存在的问题与原因；其次，阐述了提高大学生职业道德素养的创新路径，从学校、社会、网络媒体、大学生自身四个方面提出了提高大学生职业道德素养的具体方法；最后从大学生个人和社会两个角度来说明职业道德素养的现实意义。关键词：大学生；职业道德素养；创新AbstractCollege students are an important source of new labour in the future, their professional ethics directly affect the health of China's economic and social development, the lack of professional ethics will result in students ' career planning fuzzy, future confusion and low quality, and so on. Therefore, in the face of today's employment, employment situation, it is imperative to study the cultivation of professional ethics of college students.
