内容摘要企业管理的根本是人的管理,即人力资源管理,而人力资源管理的关键和基础是绩效考评。对于一个企业来讲,技术创新和技术进步是提高竞争力、保持持续进展的根本要素,作为企业技术创新和推动技术进步的主力军——专业技术人员,如何通过管理其绩效,鉴别其工作能力,激励其潜力,发挥其才智,提高其工作绩效,是许多企业管理层最为关怀的问题。本文正是在这一背景下,结合临沂市利达机械厂现状的讨论,利用调查问卷,总结出了临沂市利达机械厂专业技术人员绩效评价体系的几点不足,并以 360°绩效评价为主要方法,针对专业技术人员绩效评价体系存在的不足提出了相关对策,力争实现多个角度全方位评价专业技术人员,旨在激励和推动专业技术人员的能力进展、潜能开发与绩效的提升,不断提高企业管理水平和竞争力。 关键词:临沂市利达机械厂;绩效评价;绩效评价体系;专业技术人员 AbstractThe essence of enterprise administration is manpower management, of which the key point and basis is performance appraisal. For a company, technical innovation and advancement are basic factors to enhance competitive force and keep sustaining development. How to appraise work ability, stimulate potential and develop intelligence, increase work achievement of professional technical personnel, as the main force to promote initiative and improvement, by supervising their performance is the most concerned issue for administrator level of many companies. In this context, this paper summarizes some defects of performance appraisal establish for personnel in a specific technical field of LinYi LiDa Machinery Factory combining current situation of the factory and the questionnaire.
