农村初中老师职业倦怠的讨论 2025-03-04 14:00:38| 分类： 绿叶芬芳|字号 订阅摘 要 党的十七大提出，加强老师队伍建设，重点提高农村老师素养。党的十七届三中全会颁布的《中共中央关于推动农村改革进展若干重大问题的决定》进一步提出，保障和改善农村老师工资待遇和工作条件，健全农村老师培育培训制度，提高老师素养。预防和缓解农村初中老师职业倦怠是提高农村老师素养的题中应有之义。老师职业倦怠乃是老师因不能有效应对工作的压力而产生的极端心理反应，是伴随于长期高水平的压力体验而产生的情感、态度和行为的衰竭状态。老师的职业倦怠对老师本人及学生都将带来严重的负面影响。而农村义务教育是我国基础教育的重要组成部分。对于这一部分老师的职业倦怠进行讨论，一方面能够深化对于我国老师职业倦怠的讨论，另一方面可以预防和缓解农村老师的职业倦怠，这关系到农村教育事业可持续进展和构建和谐社会目标的实现。本文在参考大量文献资料以及调研的基础上，就农村初中老师的职业倦怠成因（从老师职业因素、工作环境与学校管理、社会、独特的教育对象、个人因素等五大方面）进行了深度探讨，并结合实际，就解决农村初中老师的职业倦怠，提出了相应的对策：一是建立对老师角色的合理期望，二是完善学校管理，形成良好的校园文化氛围，三是寻求社会与政府的支持，加大尊师重教宣传力度和提高农村教育经费投入，四是提高自身处理教育教学问题的能力，五是老师个人在克服职业倦怠上的努力。 关键词：农村初中；老师；职业倦怠The burnout research of Rural Junior High school teacherAbstractThe Party 17th loudly proposed that strengthens the construction of teacher troop, focusing on improving the countryside teacher quality.
