中 文 摘 要同昌水闸、泵站重建工程位于珠海市香洲区南屏镇同昌村,石豆涌(也称挂锭角排洪渠)下游,珠海大道南侧,南屏镇西侧约 10km 处,水闸、泵站出口与广昌涌连通,原有水闸已不能满足排涝需求,因此重建。泵站设计流量为 6.168m3/s,设计扬程 1.502m,最大扬程 2.561m,,选用 3 台潜水轴流泵(800QZ-135),单台泵工况为:叶片安装角为 +4°, Q=2.12m3/s,H=3.2m,n=590r/min,效率 η=81.7%,配套轴功率 81.5KW,电机容量 132KW,总装机容量244.5 KW。水泵采纳混凝土制井筒悬吊式安装,主要建筑物包括泵房、隔墩、进水池、出水池、后墙,主厂房,副厂房等,设计内容包括水泵的选型,主要建筑物设计,稳定计算,结构计算等。水闸设 2 孔,每孔净宽 3m,总净宽 6m,开敞式闸室,钢筋混凝土结构,闸室顺水流方向长 5m,垂直水流方向宽 7.8m,本次设计包括水闸尺寸的计算、消力池的计算、防渗的计算、稳定计算、结构计算以及配筋计算。该水闸、泵站的兴建,将对抗旱灌溉及防洪排涝发挥重要作用。关键词: 水闸 泵站 堤防 稳定计算 结构计算Preliminary design of Tongchang gate stationSong WenshengCollege of Water conservancy and Civil engineering, South China Agricultural University, Guangzhou 510642,ChinaABSTRACT : Tongchang sluices and pumping station reconstruction project is located in zhuhai xiangzhou district has injected with chang village nanping town, Stone bean chung hang (also called spindle Angle having canal) downstream, Zhuhai avenue south, Nanping town west side about 10 km, Connect to GuangChang chung sluices, pumping station exit, Original sluices can not meet the demand of draining, so rebuilding.The pump station design flow of 6.168m3 / s, design head 1.502m, the maximum head 2.561m.
