摘要回转型可调节式盘类形状零件上下料仓广泛应用于现在的大中型自动化工厂中,它通常与工厂机械手相配合,实现零件搬运、旋转、上料、抓取、下料的一系列自动化操作,不仅省去了人力操作的繁琐,也提高了生产效率,实现了最大化的效益生产。回转型可调节式盘类形状零件上下料仓的应用尤其重要,所以对于其传动装置、可调节式托盘的设计是难点也是重点,这也是本设计重点解决的问题。另外,在设计完成之后运用 SolidWorks motion 模块进行运动学仿真,验算所选标准件和所设计的部件是否满足生产要求。关键字: 回转型; 可调节式; 盘类形状零件; 上下料仓; 传动装 置; 仿真AbstractRotary adjustable up and down transportation bunker of plate shape part is widely used in the now large and medium-sized factory automation, it is usually associated with mechanical plant palm with, parts handling, rotating material, grasping, cutting a series of automated operation, not only eliminates the need to force operation is cumbersome, but also improve the production efficiency, to realize the benefit maximization of production.
