基于低碳绿色理念的天津港进展方式 摘要：港口作为交通运输体系中的重要环节，是能源消耗和废气排放大户，每年排放的二氧化碳量占交通运输业碳排放总量的 10%左右。因此，合理有效的控制港口生产活动过程中二氧化碳的排放，对实现低碳进展有非常重要的作用。但在实际进展过程中，人们往往更重视绿色港口的建设，而忽视了低碳这一目标。基于这一现状，本文选取“低碳绿色港口”试点建设的天津港为主要讨论对象，将低碳绿色理念贯穿始终。本文首先在低碳经济和绿色经济概述的基础上，概括总结出低碳绿色理念的基本内涵；其次，从四个方面分析了影响港口低碳绿色进展的因素；接着基于低碳绿色进展理念对天津港进展环境进行了分析，指出天津港低碳绿色进展中存在的问题；最后，针对天津港低碳绿色进展中存在的问题，提出对策建议。关键词：低碳经济；绿色经济；天津港；对策Abstract: As an important part of the transportation system, the port is the major energy-consuming and exhaust-gas emitter. The amount of carbon dioxide emitted per year accounts for about 10% of the total carbon emissions of the transportation industry. Therefore, reasonable and effective control of the port production process of carbon dioxide emissions, to achieve low carbon development has a very important role. But in the actual development process, people tend to pay more attention to the construction of green ports, while ignoring the low-carbon this goal.
