基于单片机的铅膏视密度监测系统硬件设计摘要:目前,铅酸蓄电池已成为工农业生产必不可少的产品。铅膏视密度参数直接关系到其使用寿命与可靠性。铅膏视密度的检测主要是靠人工取样进行称重测量 ,大大降低了生产效率,存在一定的滞后性。 本文充分了解了铅膏的生产工艺和特点,从而想到了这样的检测铅膏视密度的方法。主要控制芯片为 STC89C52 单片机,用压力传感器收集数据,结合A/D 转换器、液晶显示 128*64 制作出了一种高精度的铅膏视密度检测仪器。用4×4 矩阵键盘模块进行控制,非常方便,用液晶显示器显示结果。本设计检测精度高、测量速度快,解决了人工测量引起的误差,提高了生产效率。关键词:视密度;单片机;A/D 转换;液晶显示Hardware design of microcomputer monitoring system based on the cell density of pasteAbstract:At present, the lead-acid battery has become the industrial and agricultural production essential products. Lead paste apparent density parameters directly related to its service life and reliability. Lead paste apparent density detection is mainly depends on artificial sampling weighing measurement, greatly reduces the production efficiency, there is a certain hysteresis. This article fully understand the production process and characteristics of lead paste, to think of such a test lead paste method of apparent density. Main control chip is STC89C52 micro-controller, data is collected by pressure sensor and combining with the A/D converter, liquid crystal display 128 * 64 to make A kind of high precision electronic scale. With 4 * 4 matrix keyboard control module, is very convenient, with LCD display the results. This design testing precision, fast measurement speed, solved the error caused by artificial measurement, improves the production efficiency.
