毕 业 论 文题目:广昌县光明商行知识管理存在的问题及解决方案院(系)别 工 商 管 理 年级、专业 2025 级 市 场 营 销 第二专业 学生姓名 指导老师 四月摘 要在赣南地区的许多县城,奶粉行业经销商流行一种经营模式,运用一支知名品牌做好通路建设,以经销的奶粉作为利润根源,辐射整个市场。同时自己也直接经营数家婴儿用品专卖店,自己成为了中间商,也成为了终端。内部的员工数量较多,更换频率高,并且职工转换成本高,管理效率低下,也不熟悉零售店营销模式,不熟悉管理顾客的信息,不能筛选有效知识指导经营。在市场占有率第一的漂亮光环下,却又呈现出大而乱的尴尬局面。因此,摆在经销商面前有两个问题,员工的知识管理、知识传递问题,消费者的知识管理问题必须找到一种和谐、行之有效的知识管理方案才能解决经销商面临的困境。【关键词】经销商;员工;消费者;知识管理 Abstract Many franchisers in the south of Jiang Xi province have a common operate mode that search a well-known article to fit marketing channel,but make a profit on milk power selling .And then they set up a baby-things shop either. They are middleman and they are retailer at the same time .The franchiser owns many employees, but they change too fast, the knowledge of the one who is going to leave is always cleared away, but not impressed to new comers .The franchisers get a large market share, but it is dangerous if he can’t well deal with the employees ,and the knowledge of them. Two problems exist under the franchisers’ nose, how to manage the knowledge of the staff and the consumers, and how to using them to bring profits?
