AbstractThere is a close relationship between international trade and maritime law.If there is wrong dealing in shipping,the legal interests of the trades will be seriously affected.In the practice of international trade ,B/L is one of the most important shipping documents in the international trade.The froms of maritime fraud relating to the B/L vary,such as backdated and advanced B/L,a letter of indemnity in exchange omission of B/L,a forged B/L,and release the goods without any documents.
