摘要 随着世界经济进展,环境问题日益突出,同时能源需求日益旺盛,各国对汽油等轻质油特别是高质量的清洁燃料的需求量急剧增加,同时随着石油化工业的进展,需要多产轻质油.将重质油更多的转化成轻质油品,且转化成清洁能源是以后催化裂化领域的重要课题。催化裂化是石油炼制过程之一,是在热和催化剂的使用下使重质油发生裂化反应,转变为裂化汽,汽油和柴油等的过程. 本设计题目是 200 万吨/年催化裂化分馏及换热装置的工艺设计.所用工艺对重油加工程度较深且产品收率很高,同时具有较好的经济效益和环保效益,同时以大庆常压渣油为原料生产高质量汽油的方案通过综合评定后的经济效益较为合理,通过汽油的方案及反一再系统工艺的计算,达到了设计的目的。 本设计加工弹性大,汽油产率较高,并充分考虑了能量的综合利用问题与环境保护问题关键词:重油 催化裂化 分馏塔 舌形塔板Abstract As the rapid economic development of China ,more and more attention are taken to the world's environmental problems ,leading with gasoline,light and sweet oil especially for better quality of cleaner fuels dramaticly increase in demand ,while the development of petrochemical industry needs more effectively prolific light oil.How to transform more heavy oil into light oil and clean energy is the important topics of future FCC.
