辽 宁 省 高 等 教 育 自 学 考 试 公 司 管 理 专 业 ( 本 科 段 )毕 业 设 计 ( 论 文 ) 设 计 题 目 : 沈 阳 绿 康 冷 饮 公 司 人 力 资 源激 励 存 在 的 问 题 及 对 策 摘要激励运用得好坏在一定程度上是决定企业兴衰的一个重要因素。本文结合工作实际对绿康冷饮公司人力资源激励存在的问题进行分析,提出了“提高薪酬中固定部分的比例,完善薪酬正常增长机制”、“实行岗位能级制工资,明确员工进展通道”等五点建议。公共部门激励机制的完善是建立在“以人为本”指导思想基础上的,并且处处运用着现代的管理理念和技术,只有在不断地加强激励机制的配套制度的基础上,通过改善工资制度、健全晋升机制、引进竞争制度、完善考核制度、建设有效的沟通机制等手段,才能解决我国公共部门的激励机制所存在的问题。企业间的竞争归根到底是人才的竞争,而人才竞争又关键是人才的精神状态、员工情绪的竞争。激励则是士气的强化剂,是鼓起高昂士气的妙药良方。关键词:人力资源激励 成因分析 激励机制设想AbstractAbstract: the incentive to use quality to some extent the prosperity of the enterprise is an important factor.
