专科生毕业设计(论文)题 目:基于 PLC 自动门控制设计 2025 年 6 月 12 日摘 要在超市、公共建筑、银行、医院等入口,常常使用自动门控制系统。早期的自动门控制系统采纳继电器逻辑控制,已逐渐被淘汰。PLC 控制自动门由于具有故障率低、可靠性高、维修方便等优点,因而得到广泛的应用。由于直流电动机的调速范围宽广,调速特性平滑。直流电动机过载能力较强,热动和制动转矩较大,所以执行机构使用直流电动机.本论文主要是对门的自动开、关控制而论。自动门控制装置系统由检测元件光电传感器、继电器、可编程序控制器(PLC)、电动机组成。它主要是利用热释电人体光电传感器检测,有无人到门口的信号,再把检测到的信号送入可编程序控制器(PLC)中,由可编程序控制器来对信号的处理,处理的最后结果用继电器输出,从而达到控制直流电动机的转动。又由直流电动机带动门的开、关。当直流电动机正转时,门自动打开;当直流电动机反转时,门自动关闭。关键词: 自动门; 光电传感器 ;PLC 控制程序; 直流电动机 ABSTRACTIn the supermarket, public buildings, Banks, hospitals, such as entrance, often use automatic door control system.
