河南大学 毕业设计(论文) 题 目:破乳絮凝法处理乳化含油废水的讨论学院 (系):化 工 学 院 专 业:化学工程与工艺学 生: 和 来 媛 指导老师: 姚 鹏 完成时间 2025 年 7 月摘 要本文针对用破乳絮凝法处理含乳化油废水的问题,以实验为基础分析了各种破乳剂在不同用量的条件下对含乳化油废水的分离效果,讨论了各种絮凝剂及其复合试剂在不同条件下对于乳化油废水的处理效果。确定了以氯化钙溶液为破乳剂,其最佳投药浓度为2~5g/L,用PAC+PAM复合型絮凝剂处理该废水效果最佳,其中PAC作为絮凝剂,最佳投加浓度为50mg/L,为进一步提高絮凝效果,同时投加1mg/L 的PAM,在PH值为9.0,最佳搅拌速度为225r/min,搅拌时间为90s,沉淀时间为30min下的处理效果最好。 [关键词]含油废水 絮凝剂 破乳剂AbstractSummary This paper targets demulsification flocculation treatment of waste water containing emulsified oil, so experiment-based analysis of a variety of different levels of emulsion in condition on emulsified oil waste separation effect, on a variety of flocculants and composite reagents indifferent conditions for the treatment of waste water emulsified oil. Determine a calcium chloride solution to its emulsion, the best dosing concentration of 2 ~ 5g/L, PAC + PAM compound flocculant process the waste water the best results, in which the PAC as flocculant, best dosing concentration 50mg/L, in order to further enhance flocculation effect, while the dosing of PAM 1mg/L, PH value of 9.0, best mixing speed 225r/min, stirring time as 90s, settling time is under processing 30min best results.
