摘 要随着国内人们生活水平的提高,轿车在人们生活中扮演着重要的角色。而汽车空调作为汽车使用舒适性的衡量标准之一,要求也越来越高。长期以来,我过轿车空调的自动控制水平较低,大多处于手动或半自动状态,手动控制一方面会出现车室温度达不到舒适性、节能性的要求;另一方面容易分散注意力,不利于安全。实现轿车空调的自动控制是必定趋势。国外高级轿车上一般都有全自动的空调系统,能根据汽车的状态参数自动地调节车内温度。而国内大部分高档轿车的空调控制器都是依靠进口,目前还没有自己开发的具有自主知识产权的轿车空调自动控制器。 该系统主要由主控制单元和输入输出控制单元及外围电路组成,控制单元采纳微芯公司的 PIC16F877 单片机作为系统 CPU,对温度、湿度及 CO2浓度等环境参数进行监控,并且对风门电机、鼓风机电机等设备实施控制。同时利用模糊控制技术对各种模拟信号进行处理、运算,利用苏州创高电子有限公司生产的专用的汽车液晶显示器显示系统信息。本系统可以对车内通风、取暖、制冷、加湿等功能进行智能控制,并且可以直观的将车载空调的工作状态及数字信息显现出来。在实际中可以将本系统进行广泛的应用和推广。关键词 车载空调 单片机 智能控制 空气质量 模糊控制Air-conditioners control system designAbstractWith the improvement of people’s living standard, car play an important role in our lives.
