不同株型玉米籽粒胚乳细胞与淀粉(12 页)Good is good, but better carries it.精益求精,善益求善。不同株型玉米籽粒胚乳细胞与淀粉合成关键酶活性分析[摘 要] 【目的】 讨论不同类型玉米品种籽粒胚乳细胞增殖与籽粒充实期淀粉合成关键酶的关系。【方法】以紧凑型玉米品种(先玉 335 和郑单 958)和平展型玉米品种(长城 799 和农大 364)为试验材料,于授粉后 3,5,7,10,15 d 等取果穗中部籽粒,测定胚乳细胞数、单粒质量、淀粉含量、籽粒 ADPG 和UDPG 焦磷酸化酶活性、可溶性淀粉合成酶(SSS)和束缚态淀粉合成酶(GBSS)活性,讨论不同玉米品种籽粒胚乳细胞增殖动态和籽粒相关酶活性的关系。【结果】在灌浆中后期,先玉 335 籽粒淀粉合成关键酶活性均高于其他 3 个品种;先玉 335 和郑单 958 籽粒胚乳细胞数、淀粉含量、单粒质量显著高于长城799 和农大 364。玉米籽粒胚乳细胞数与粒重、淀粉含量和四种淀粉合成关键酶均呈正相关。【结论】库容量和库活性是制约玉米籽粒淀粉积累的主要因素。保证籽粒充实期间较高的胚乳细胞增殖速率及淀粉合成关键酶活性是玉米实现高产的关键。[关键词] 玉米;胚乳细胞;焦磷酸化酶;淀粉合成酶[中图分类号] [文献标识码] [文章编号] Relationship between endosperm cell and activities of key enzymes for starch in maize with different plant typeGU Yan1a,HU Wen-he1b,WANG Si-yuan1b,LIANG Xuan-he2,HE Wen-an1a,Sun Ming-chun1b, WU Chun-sheng1a* (1.a The Research Center of Crop, b.
