中医药院校重点学科建设思路探析【摘要】 针对中医药院校重点学科建设进展迟缓，且与中医药高等教育、临床、科研及学术等进展不相适应的现状，提出中医药重点学科建设应以中医药课题为中心、多学科联合讨论为手段，以带动重点学科进行全面进展的建设思路，并从不同角度阐明该思路的施行措施和方法，从而为 21 世纪中医药院校重点学科的建设提供一定参考。【关键词】 中医药学 高等教育 重点学科 Abstract：The construction of intensive subjects in TCM College has the direct relationship with the existence and development of TCM aim directly at the slow development of the construction of intensive subjects in TCM College in adapted to high education，clinic，scientific research and academics development，this article points out the constructive thinking route that the construction of TCM intensive subjects should develop all round with intensive subjects based on the center of TCM topics，the means of combination of several also elucidates the performing measures and methods of the thinking route from different angles，thus it provides some reference to the construction of intensive subjects in TCM College in the 21st century. Key words：TCM；higher education；intensive subjects 中医药院校重点学科，是中医药高等教育、临床、科研及学术等综合讨论能力得以提高的根基。其建设好坏直接关系到中医药事业的生存与进展。根据学术水平高低，中医药重点学科可分为国家级、省部级和校级 3 个等级。我们知道，中医药院校重点学科建设是一项起点高、目标大、任务重、周期长、综合性强的工作。因此，讨论中医药院校重点学科科学而合理的建设方案显得尤为迫切。 1 重点学科建设的现状 从全国范围来看，不同等级的中医药院校重点学科，其进展水平及地域影响参差不齐。有的重点学科进展水平较高，可多数重点学科，尤其是校级重点学科，却处于科研综合实力低下、几乎没有讨论成果出现的状态。究其原因，主要是课题讨论思路狭窄、讨论内容缺乏科学前瞻性且平淡无价值。同时，重点学科人才运行机制呆板、学术梯队不合理及物质设施落后等因素也不同程度地制...
