中药熏蒸对强直性脊柱炎患者活动功能影响【摘要】 ［目的］探讨强直性脊柱炎有效治疗方法。［方法］ 治疗组 29例患者中药熏蒸加柳氮磺胺吡啶(SASP)治疗，对比组 21 例患者单用 SASP 治疗，观察疗效。同时测定炎性指标的改变如血沉(ESR)、C 反应蛋白(CRP)等。［结果］ 治疗前后两组病情活动指数和功能指数评分，BASFI 表功能指数评分，治疗前后ESR、CRP 变化均有显着性差异，治疗组优于对比组；治疗后优于治疗前。［结论］ 中药熏蒸治疗强直性脊柱炎具有改善患者身体的活动功能作用。【关键词】 强直性脊柱炎 温经散寒 祛风通络 活血止痛 中药熏蒸 活动功能 Abstract: ［Objective］ To explore effective method for ankylosing spodylitis. ［Method］ The treatment group 29 cases take TCD sufforcating added with SASP, the control one 21 cases take only SASP. Meanwhile measure inflammation index, such ESR, CRP, etc. ［Result］ On the indexes scores of disease action and function of both groups, as well as BASFI index, there‘s marked difference on ESR and CRP changes before and after treatment, the former one is better than the latter, so is the effect after than before treatment. ［Conclusion］ TCD sufforcating can improve patients’ movement with ankylosing spondylitis. Key words: ankylosing spondylitis; warm channel to remove coldness; remove wind to clear the collateral; activate blood for acesodyne; TCD sufforcating; movement 强直性脊柱炎(ankylosing spondylitis, AS)是一种累及脊柱的慢性炎症性免疫疾病，病因尚不十分清楚，病变以中轴关节慢性进行性炎症为主，主要累及骶髂关节和脊柱骨突关节。在我国 AS患病率为％，是造成人群残疾的重要病因。从 2025 年 1 月至 2025 年 12 月，我科采纳中药熏蒸加柳氮磺胺吡啶(SASP)治疗 29 例，并与单用 SASP 治疗 21 例相对比，来观察中药熏蒸对 AS 患者活动功能的影响，疗效满意，现报道如下。 1 临床资料 本组 50 例 AS 患者，均符合美国风湿病学会 1984 年修订的 AS 纽约诊断标准［1］。所有患者均为 HLA B27 阳性。排除标准为年龄 16 岁或 70 岁...
