全国苹果种植成本收益分析 摘 要:对 2025～2025 年全国苹果种植成本、收益变动趋势进行了分析,并对全国六个苹果主产区得种植成本收益做出了比较。结果表明:我国苹果产业逐步进入了一个“高投资,高收益”得阶段,全国平均苹果种植总成本呈现出直线增长得态势,但增长幅度仍然低于净利润增加得幅度,成本利润率呈现出 M 型得波动趋势。应通过合理降低种植成本,拓展市场与营销渠道,加大政策扶持力度来促进苹果种植业得健康进展。 关键词:苹果;种植成本;种植收益;变动趋势 中图分类号:S661、1:F307、13 文献标识号:A 文章编号:10014942(2025)05016206 Abstract The cost and profit change trends in apple planting in China from 2025 to 2025 were analyzed,then those of 6 major apple planting areas were contrasted、 The results showed that the apple industry in China had gradually entered into a stage of highinvestment and highprofit、 The national average total cost of apple planting presented a linear rising tendency, while the growth range was still lower than that of net profit, and the costprofit ratio showed a Mtype fluctuation trend、 We could improve the healthy development of apple industry from aspects of reasonably decreasing planting cost, expanding markets and marketing channels, and intensifying policy supports、 Key words Apple; Planting cost; Planting profit; Change trend 苹果就是世界范围内最畅销得水果之一,并在亚洲、欧洲与美洲广泛种植。我国就是世界最大得苹果生产国与消费国,苹果种植面积、产量与消费量(包括鲜果消费与加工消费)均占世界总量得 40%左右[1]。同时,苹果也就是我国主要得水果种植与消费品种之一,在我国水果产业中有着举足轻重得地位。近年来,我国苹果生产规模快速扩大,生产效益稳步提高,对果区经济进展、果农增收与出口创汇影响巨大[2]。统计数据表明:2025 全国苹果种植面积达 227、22 万公顷,占果园种植面积得 18、37%,苹果总产量由 2025 年得 1 924、1 万吨增长到 2025 年得 3 968、3 万吨,并且 2025 年苹果产量占水果总产量得比重高达 15、81%。本文深化讨论全国苹果种植成本收益,以期对我国未来...
