同步液压千斤顶(19 页)Good is good, but better carries it.精益求精,善益求善。摘 要液压技术是实现现代化传动与控制的关键技术之一,世界各国对液压工业的进展都给予很大重视。液压传动是以液体作为工作介质,利用液体的压力能进行能量的传递和控制的一门技术。液压传动具有许多优点,被广泛应用于机械、建筑、冶金、化工以及航空航天等领域。同步液压千斤顶与我们的生活密切相关,在桥梁、建筑、铁路等部门均得到广泛的应用,因此同步液压千斤顶技术的进展将直接或间接影响到这些部门的正常运转和工作。它的结构紧凑,携带方便,系统简单,有用性强,成本低,使用维护方便,抗拉性能强,运行稳定可靠。广泛适用于桥梁、交通运输和建筑工程等部门的起重作业。它只能直立使用,其工作环境温度为 -20 摄氏度到+45 摄氏度,不宜在酸碱及腐蚀性气体中使用。本文从液压系统的分析,按要求对参数进行选择,按参数进行设计,选择合适的元件。该系统的同步回路结构简单,但是两个调速阀的调节比较麻烦,而且还受油温、泄漏等的影响,故同步精度不高,不宜用在负载变化频繁的场合。 关键词:液压技术; 千斤顶; 同步回路AbstractHydraulic technology is implementation modernization drive and control is one of the key technologies in the world, hydraulic industry development have given great attention.
