加大电力稽查工作塑造电力企业形象加大电力稽查工作塑造电力企业形象 摘要：电力稽查工作是电力企业一项重要的工作，可以减少用电营业中的差错，提高电力企业的服务质量，快速高效的解决客户投诉，杜绝电力营销过程中各个环节"跑、冒、滴、漏"，的现象。是提升电力企业的形象,促进企业效益最大化的重要手段。电力营销稽查是电力营销环节内控约束机制的主要组成部分，是电力营销风险管理控的有效途径，通过开展“内稽外查”可以达到法律规范员工营销服务行为，堵塞“跑、冒、滴、漏”现象，净化供用电环境，减少营销事故，以达到企业挖潜增效，塑造品牌形象的目的。 关键词：稽查工作 服务质量 企业形象 Abstract: The inspection work of electricity is an important part of the power enterprises, is an important means to enhance the enterprise image and promote the benefits maximization of the enterprise, which can reduce the error in the electricity business, improve the service quality of the power enterprise, resolve customer complaints quickly and efficiently, put an end to the phenomenon of "run, emitting, dripping, leakage "of each link in the power marketing process.
