城市拥堵再认识与济南缓堵策略讨论城市拥堵再认识与济南缓堵策略讨论 摘 要：城市交通问题已经成为我国大城市经济社会进展和城市各项功能建设的瓶颈，必须寻求一种新的战略思想来破解城市交通供需矛盾不断升级的难题。城市交通拥堵可以划分为四个阶段，在充分认识拥堵规律的基础上，对传统的拥堵应对策略进行反思，针对济南市的具体情况，提出了基于可持续交通思想的两种应对思路：一是引导合理交通结构的形成；二是实现交通方式的一体化衔接。 关键词：拥堵规律；反思；合理交通结构；交通一体化 Abstract: The city traffic problem has become the bottleneck of the big city of China's economic and social development and the function of city construction; we must seek a new strategic thinking to solve contradictions between traffic supply and demand city escalating problems. city traffic congestion can be divided into four stages, in the full understanding on the law of reflection of congestion, congestion coping strategies for traditional, based on specific situation of Ji'nan City, puts forward two countermeasures for sustainable transportation: one is based on the idea of guiding the reasonable form of traffic structure; the two is to realize the integration of connection mode of transportation.
